This has been such a long time coming, and when the idea came to me, it was like something in my gut just screamed out “this needs to happen or you’ll die.”
The Hidden River series has been out of publication for over a year, and is now going to get a complete makeover. Everything I loved about the books are staying, while a few things are changing up.
I’m feeling braver than I ever have in my writing, and like I’m actually listening to myself and what I want to create. Which meant when I turned back to this series, this absolute life-changing series? I wanted to turn it into a hockey romance. I’m Canadian. It’s in my blood. What can I say.
So I’m diving in.
Hidden River is being reborn as Rival Hearts, available now for pre-order on Amazon. It’s going to be mostly re-written, and have about 40,000 more words in new scenes and chapters. More spice. More… ice.
